There's about a million things inside FB that you should nofollow, it's an absolute shotgun blackhole for link equity. Best thing you could do is download all the component files and find and replace any generated a hrefs and stick rel="nofollow" in there. It's absolutely horrible. Out of interest - are you using 404SEF with joomla too?
