    Articles? what articles?

You must choose the main keywords of your website. I use a software called "good keywords" that shows me what keywords are relevant to my site. Also, finds how many results get on google. Of course, I won't choos those that get A LOT of results, instead, another combinations of words.

its better to write article natural way.. without thinking how/where to include your keywords... you might not deliver the main/true of your article if you get bother with those targeted kws..

if u are talking about article to be post on article directories than u should go for maximum 3 keywords. almost all article directory allow 1 keyword in body and 2 in resource paragraph. just write appropriate content and put link from your targeted keywords.

I don't know where to get high traffic keywords list but I'm also interested to get the list.

My answer on your question on how to write article for your targeted keywords is try to create a topic related to your keywords lets for example is your targeted keywords is movies then create an article about movies. You don't need to put a lot of keywords on your content just make sure your content is interesting and informative. Remember create content for your readers not for search engine. What is the use of your good rankings if visitors don't like your content or article because it looks spammy and only contains non sense topic.

Not sure I 100% understand your question, but a good way to make a article to reflect specific anchor texts is to mix it into a personal blog type format.

For instance, if your anchor text is Bed Room, then I would write a article like:

Today I was searching the net for some Bed Room furniture and to my surprise I found some at blah blah blah....

If I understand this correctly, you are referring to how to attract search engine rankings for the keywords in your article. The strategy should be: make the article title incorporate the desired keyword. On most article directories, for instance on ezinearticles.com, it will also appear in the title tag. That's what's gonna give you rankings.

People are always so worried about keywords in there articles. Search engines are smart enough to know what an article is related to. Just naturally write your article, the crawler bot will pick up what it needs from it.

You can select appropriate keywords through Word tracker. Write article on them, link only once from body of an article and twice from resource box. Thats it ..

Put the keyword to the article asf:
    1. title - 1 time
    2. summary/ description - 1 time
    3. body - 2 - 3 times
    4. resource - 1 time

I have successfully use this strategy.
