You can set Goal in Google analytic by change setting of your Profile, Give Goal name, Then Add Your Than-You Page URL and After that Save The Changes.. If u have a E commerce Website and wants to Purchase your Product than to track your Payment Receive Detail, Your Leads Detail. You can set Goals.
Goal funnel really helps u track how many people have added your products to cart and how many of them converted ...... !!! really google helps u lot in business
