How to set goals for conversion tracking in Google adwords?

I am running a campaign in adwords and tracking the landing pages in analytics. Previously I set a goal from adwords to track conversions. Even after adding the conversion code I could not track the conversions. And hence I tried setting a goal in Analytics for different landing pages. The goal tracking in Analytics works fine. But now, when I want to import my goals to adwords it has only allowed me to import one goal whereas I have set 3 goals on different landing pages. I dont know if there is any way to import all the goals from analytics to adwords.

I am so mixed up and dont understand which is the best way to track conversion?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Do you have a funnel for your checkout pages? That seems to be an issue with a lot of people mate.

Yes I am funneling to track visitors coming on my sub-domain. And I followed the instructions provided by Google. Now GA is tracking goals but I cant import it in my adwords! And the adwords code I am trying to place remains unverified? How to know whether the conversion happened through adwords or the visitor had come from other traffic source?! Totally messed!
