how to set 2 new group of Vbulletin Moderator

    quick question here,
    i need new group of moderator which is Senior mod and Ultra mod

    - Senior mod: can moderate all forum but cannot ban user (not be Super Moderator)
    - Ultra mod: if need i can set this group to super moderator

    how can i set these 2 group, please advise

    AdminCP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators
    right here i can set up a moderator's permissions.
