Without content it is hard to optimise it for seo. Onpage seo is the basis to a good offpage seo (getting backlinks) To do onpage seo you need some content with the proper elements such as keywords.

It's going to be difficult without content on the site. Google want to provide customers with relevant pages. They're currently banning adwords accounts like mad for sites they deem are to sales oriented, like squeeze pages or single page sites with an opt-in form (or so that's the assumption I've been hearing).

But whatever the reason for the adwords ban, it's common sense that Google wants to give it's customers content, so if your site lacks it, it's going to be tough to rank.

I suggest creating a blog on your site. Easy way to create lots of keyword rich content. Then backlink the heck out of it.

    Good luck,
    -Robert

Thank you for all reply, I will make a blog or a directory for the site . My site is: http://whateverfree.com

I though will make a directory to list all free world service, also a quick page let people submit their free service, news and the site will be "Word free center" . Do you think that's good idea ??

    thanks

If you dont have content on your website it would be a bit hard to get ranking for your keywords....If you cant add more content on your site then try to do more off page activities like forum posting, blog submission, social bookmarking, article submission by doing this you get more back links...
