Hello, I'm working on an idea to sell physical products that I'd like to market to several niches. Similar like tshirts for instance: They can be used for fashion, for motorsports, for chess-clubs, for kids etc. - all are very different niches. It's probably a bad idea to address all those customers on my one website that contains hundred thousands of products (a couple of hundred different products per niche)? What would be better ideas/strategies to do this? Thanks, Chris
Why don't you built a site in clothing niche? In this way you can cover all the subsequent niches like clothing for motorsports, fashion, chess-club fans etc.
According to me, it is good to include all the products under proper niche such users can be guided properly.
That was my first thought. But isn't that basically against what everybody recommends? Clothing isn't really a niche - clothing for punks would be a niche and can be marketed as such. Clothing for chess player wouldn't really attract clothing for motorsports guys etc.
Then I will suggest build an eStore. And focus on doing SEO not on individual products but your product categories.
