I'm a SEO newbie, here is my idea ...
First is use your target keyword must be found in your website's meta tag(s). Then do some off-page optimization like forum commenting, wherein you will use your account's signature file privilege to place your keyword with a link, to have a better example see my signature below (don't click on it, just look at it ). The text with link (anchor text) is the keyword of our website. Probably you might be asking about do-follow and no-follow links, to tell you honestly I don't care about it. Mix of do-follow and no-follow is good and will make your site's link profile organic to the eye of SE (search engine).

Is this indonesian? Homever you should have targeted your site name with indonesian name if you wonna rank in your country.. Targeting english title for indonesia has no sense. I can't really tell you the key words as I don't understand your language.
