    Just follow the same methods as you would any site when doing geographical ranking.

    1. Try to use a CC-TLD (country coded top level domain)
    2. Try to host in the geographical area your trying to rank in.
    3. Use the local language of that geographical area in your content.
    4. Build backlinks from sites located in that geographical area.
    5. Use Geo-Targeting in Google Webmasters Central
