We have a video website containing several millions of free videos. Each video is placed on a separate web page, e.g. http://www.seedic.com/watch/Michael-Jordan-s-NBA-career-top-ten-dunk-900091821.html We would like to SEO this page, but really don't know what's the most efficient way. Could anybody shed us with some light? Really appreciate!

Ok, I was caught up watching the videos, but anyway. The first thing you need to do is add some real content to the page, a few paragraphs should work fine, as it stands right now you just have a bunch of adsense and the h1 points to a different website. I would do this with the meta tags: Title: Michael Jordan's Top 10 Video Dunks Description: A collection of the top 10 video dunks in Michael Jordan's career while in the NBA. Keywords: Michael Jordan Dunks, Michael Jordan Videos, Michael Jordan Clips. This will be a better start then what you have now so it is worth a try.
Add little text as description for each video that contains keywords as well as something about what's in the video...!
Well, first you need to add some real text content related to your videos on all pages properly using your keywords and then start submitting and posting it to video sites, social networks, bookmarkings etc with proper title and descrition that incluedes your main keywords.
Add some more text with videos with some tags intergrated at the bottom or any other place. Once you have them then make sure that your title and meta keywords for particular page are same as tags. Now try getting some high PR links. Emphasis on getting high PR links. This will automatically generate traffic to your website.
