    Make your profile related to site and them make posts based on that site. It is helpful to generate lot of traffic on your site.

    First create a good profile add good profile pic, add good cover photos. Then add many friend in circle. Suppose you circle have 2000 fnd then you think.

    When you completely create everything then you add authorship with your website. I think see search engine many post publish from google plus id. So thinking google plus how can you help increase many visitor and doing good seo.

    SEO and Google+ are not as related as you might think. The only real advantage of using Google+ with your site is the Authorship images that show up in the SERPs. There is absolutely no proof that Google+ improves your rankings.

    1st of all you must link your website and G+ Profile to each other. To link your website with g+ profile you can use meta tag <meta name="author" content="plus.google.com/yourprofile"> and in G+ profile you'll find contributor section where you can submit link of your website. After getting your website linked with G+ profile you need to promote your G+ Profile.
