Here is a very simple trick. Scenario: You have $100 in you paypal account. And you don't want to pay for X service using your paypal balance. You want to use your credit card(it is advised to use credit card). Here is the trick:

Set up an email account (like ). Then, right before you pay someone with your CC, send that email address a "payment" of exactly what your balance is ($100 in out case). A message will pop up saying that "the recipient has been sent a message explaining how to open an account, blah blah". Your balance will appear as zero, with the fictitious payment you sent to yourself "unclaimed". Go ahead and send the REAL payment with a CC or bank transfer. THEN, go and cancel the unclaimed payment. Presto! The funds are back in your paypal balance.

Disclaimer: I found this method on internet and thought should share here. It can be very useful sometimes.

Due to RBI's regulations PayPal have to charge your Credit Card for every payment and you can't keep your money in account. You must have to withdraw it. I started using my brother PayPal account who works in Saudi Arabia.
Open another paypal account in your relatives names who lives abroad. There is not other alternative to your problem at this time.
