How to send payment to someone using paypal without adding credit card and ATM

    Hi,

    I have paypal account connected with my bank account in India. I can receive and withdraw payment but when i try to send payment to someone then it says to add credit card or debit card. I dont have credit card and Debit ATM card. What i can do here and send payment without adding cards.

    To send money you will need Credit Card otherwise you will not be possible to send money to other Paypal accounts due to rules enforced by Paypal :(
