how to send payment from paypal

    Hi All,

    I am from India.As i am not able to send payment from my paypal.Because paypal is asking to add the debit card details, and my card is Maestro card hail from SBI. I have verified my account through bank account.

    My SBI Maestro debit card dont have any secret no please do let me know.

    Kindly help me.

    Not sure about debit card working in it but if you use a valid CC then you can send payment using your CC through paypal. As an indian user you can't use your paypal balance to send payment to any other paypal accounts.

    PayPal Payment send for indian users requires credit card after that the option as taken send as CC another-ways a/c till limited.

    Debit Card from India can not attach with Paypal. Because of RBI rules debit cads are not used for International transaction what i know. So it will refuse for transaction and you will see error report asking to contact issuing bank. You need credit card instead of Debit Card. This is the problem not everyone can afford credit cards and this is what i told them with my conversations with them. And they said you need credit card for remove limits.

    In India maintaining credit card is equal to maintenance of car,Feeding Elephant, Getting loan from bank. And they don't know this situation.

    To verify a card, there has to be a certain amount of money on it.

    I've heard that most Indian nationals can't use PayPal in their online transactions. I believe there's an option, you might want to try AlertPay, but I'm not really sure if this works in India.

    Only a few Indian debit cards can be used to verify Indian PayPal account. Indian PayPal requires a credit card. Once you verify your credit card in your PayPal account, you can send payment using the credit card through PayPal. You can not directly send PayPal balance. This is the recent rules implemented by RBI.

    You can apply for a credit card. Many Indian banks are issuing credit card against fixed deposit.
