I have a big problem with the pin code since 6 months with many requests and waiting ..etc, which makes me believe that I will never receive it. Hear -in DP- I heard about alternative solution for this problem by sending adense team my ID and a bill copy. I tried many times to send them by this E-mail: †and also tried this page: https://www.google.com/adsense/support But every time I failed Now my question is: How to make adsense team receive this copies??

I did it my dear But they don't let you explain your issue, they just offer you some patterns of problems which not including my thing -sending ID copy- .
Send your bank statement. Scan or take an image of ur bank statement then attach it to your mail as image/picture. then send it to adsense-support. I did this as my PIN never came. And you should hurry, after 6 months u will loose ur adsense account. Hope it helps.
send them you aren't recive any pin code and you will send to them your id having the same information in your account
The link you mentioned on the start thead is correct. You just need to scan your ID and make it as attachment. I try this before when i move to other place, the adsense approve my new address and reply me within 3 days Did adsense receive your email?
Every time I send the email to this address I received automatic reply after about 10 minutes. I did it many times without a human reply!
Okay. So you now need to scan your ID paper (driver license, internet bill, ...), attach it to your email then send it to Adsense support team. You will get their reply in one day or more
