Sending a million e-mails without spending anything would be almost impossible. First, when sending mass-emails from a single IP, it would probably be blacklisted, secondly, it would take way to long time, as the suggested maximum e-mails per hour from one IP is 3000 e-mails. So sending 1 million e-mails would be pretty difficult (and expensive).
ofcourse it is difficult, thats why i am asking help. i'm a webmaster, i should know how to do these things. I have a smtp server and multi-domain hosting on netcetera.co.uk any softwares you guys know? i dont mind sending 5000 emails a day, as long as they go through genuinely.
You need to use a mass mailer script which have email throttling option. This will allow you to limit number of emails you want to send per minute/hour/day. You can try with PHPList (phplist.com). This is a very nice free script to send mass emails. If you are on a shared server, I believe, you will not be able to send more than 500 emails per hour. And if the users of the mailing lists are not opted in properly for the email and if there is no unsubscribe option in your email, that will cause you a damage in your IP and can be blacklisted suspecting SPAM activity. So you can do at your own risk. Best of luck.
It is better to check with your provider first if they allow such sending in the first place to avoid being deactivated or banned.
So far i heard the best email blasting system without spend any money will be mailchimp but with only small amount of emails. I wonder which provider can provide this service without any charges while 100k is usually a huge amount.
thanks for your words guys. i'll begin with email my web host and asking them about this as wisdomtool suggested. meanwhile the best deal i saw until now for 1,00,000 emails has been about 4800 INR or about 100 US$
first no any web hoster allow you do massive spam. better you should join Awber and build your list on niche and promote your offer to them.
