How to send money straight away with paypal without verifying

Go to the australian paypal, sign up as you would with a regular account, when it asks you what country your from select "Australia". You will be able to send/receive money straight away after confirming your email address. You can even withdraw to bank accounts.

 

Really!!, this great. I have to try this. Coz, my problem is, im unable to set payment bcoz my paypal is unverify

 

Sorry to interfere but this is absolutley wrong Information because there Paypal atleast need a CC to confirm the verification...
Also let me tell u. You are talking abt a UNVERFIED ACCOUNT.. which get limited soon.. I know ur intention is to help but my intention is to guide Correctly.. sorry for bothering..

 

why Australia? is it a bug?

 

I think this could cause problems - if you tell them you're from Australia when in fact you aren't they'll probably think you're committing fraud and close your account. I certainly would.

He is Just telling the Normal thing But he doesn't know that add bank and credit card raise limits/
U can also create this type of account By selecting ANY ANY country..

yeh but with an american account, you cant send or receive money without adding a bank account, CC or some type of verifaction, With an australian account you can, but yes your right there is a 1000AUD Limit, but you can still withdraw money that you receive without having to confirm anything.

I think with a acc un veri non US, u only receive money not send.

You can send money with non verified account. But if it gets limited than u can't..
Also US account are bit harder at this...

 

US accounts can recieve money but not send until you provide a bank account or CC.

 

Yes what i mean to say is they are very strict..
I noticed many times that if u do transaction with a US account (and u are from "aaa country" with "aaa paypal country" account) they will have some rules in place. Also they give greater facility to US person.. If they do charge back or something they get full refund. When dealing with US u have to have a Credit card. As i my self never dealed with them but yesterday when i was buying something online i noticed this..

when u log in to paypal u will see in the front page some where..

click it and u will see the limits u have...

I repeat do not try registering ur account from different countries.. It will soon ask u for Verification (DOCUMENT FAX)...
IP locations are always recorded so remember this...!

 

I could send and recieve money without a credit card, bank account, or being verified. I have a UK acccount. But its verified now.

 

What i mean to say is
If u are in UK and U REGISTER A UK account (uk = can be any country)
Then even if u do not verify it will work 100%

But
If u are in UK and u register a US/AUTRIA/AUTRALIA or any other account... Your IP LOCATION get traced.. They will just FLAG the account...
Put some funds like 2$ or a big 100$ or 200$ (Warning at ur own risk) and u will be 100% getting limited... 100%... (I am talking abt unverified different country account)

Payment Gateways are a complicated issue.. TOS should be followed accordingly.

Forgot to add why paypal limit the account if accessed from other country..

They Thing that it is Been hacked....So for SECURITY REASON they Block the money sending....& Flag the account..
They ask to change Security Question, Password, Fax document(Pain in the a**. If this option appears scream "OH I MESSED UP".coustomer support takes long to clear the doc...80% of the time.), add credit card, add bank account, Phone verification...There might be more.. It is According to country some wil see the option some will not... UK and US will mostly have this verification..
