I have a SBI maestro card and a Maestro Indian bank card. I have connected both with my paypal but I am unable to add these cards in credit card section to send money to people. Can you guys tell me some way by which I can send money with these cards? These cards are not being shown in paypal credit cards section, it is giving me just 4 options of american express, visa, master cards and discover. I have none of them. I want to send money, how can this be done easily on paypal?
According to this RBI notification, section 2 A (i), states that all debit / credit cards enabling international usage will have to be EMV Chip and Pin enabled If your SBI maestro debit card is (older) Magstripe card, then visit your SBI home branch to upgrade to EMV Chip card
