    How to send money from my paypal to my moneybookers account , is that possible in anyway online because I need that today.

    It's definitely not possible directly, you can only pull your funds from paypal to your bank account or credit/debit card, and then upload those funds to moneybookers from that same bank account or card.

    get yourself a free debit card like payoneer, withdraw the money from paypal to the card
    the load your moneybookers with that card

    but you can't withdraw money from payoneer card anymore because paypal does only allow people to withdraw money with VISA debit card but payoneer provides MasterCard.

    not possible. you can arrange with someone who wants to buy paypal funds then deposit the payment straight to your money bookers account

    I am trying to create a new account in Moneybookers, and trying to analyze their t&c and fees.
    There is a column in one of their document says Gateway Usage is 19 EURO per month! What is this fee about?

    You can not send directly! One thing you can do. Find someone with both paypal and moneybookers account. Give him money in paypal, and ask to give you in moneybookers, though risky, if unknown person :D
    This is the fee of merchant service of MB. If you want to accept payment from your website, you will have to pay this fee. if you want to just use MB for personal use, no gateway fee requires then. Just open a personal account. There will be no gateway fee.
