Hi, I'm from india and i need to send to a friend at lebanon. As per indian RBI specifications it isn't possible for me to send money through Western union or money gram. Please anyone help me to help my friend by any plausible way like suggesting me various other ways to send money from here like bank transfer or anything. waiting for your valuable advice.Hoping for early response.
If he/she is having bank account there. You can use such merchants like neteller,solidtrustpay,moneybooker etc for send payments. Your friend must have to join merchant website for receive payment.
