Currency exchanges are very dangerous. Make sure you conduct all possible due dilligence before allowing such exchanges.
Paypal doesn't allow any fund exchanges. So, in case they cought you, you would have no chance of resolving such such a problem abd loose your money.

Try to find some reputable members from some money-exchanging forums, and ask them to do for you. However, there must be some risk involved.
I don't believe the currency exchanging web sites most of them are scams. I think you must find a friend of yours who use both Paypal and Alertpay.
I think you can initiate a cheque withdrawal from AP. There is no way to exchange currencies and do not believe anyone. Once i had a problem and i had to give a cheque withdrawal and i got my money safely. So you may try that.
