How to send emailblast without getting spammed.

    I need to send out over a million emails every week and send it via emailblast and server is godaddy... recently emails are getting heavily spammed...
    we have digital certificate and dedicated server still it gets spammed.... and specially emails are not getting delivered to hotmail ids...

    on gmail many are getting in the spam here is the message "Why is this message in Spam? It contains content that's typically used in spam messages."
    I am confused how to fix it... should we get new ip? would that solve the problem

    Make some test before sending, and change the sentences, till emails arrive into inbox, not in spam.

    Could you please elaborate on what type of sentence changing... do they spam you by email text?
