How To Send Email From Local Wamp To Internet?

    I want to know what configuration changes are required in Local machine to use mail (); function on Localhost to delivered on internet.

    What is necessary to install and configure. I have installed XAMPP 1.7.3 on my system. What thing and setting are necessary to use POP3, MIME, etc? Any more information to complete this task is welcome.

    Overall i want to use mail() in XAMPP 1.7.3 and it should be delivered.

    other side is probably blocking it - home IPs are usually permanently blacklisted on every single system accepting mail unless otherwise

    i have same error but i used appser. I don't knows any mail server, which can configuration in php.ini
