How to send a http request and get the response?

    I add a same form of http://directory.gtsee.com/submit.php on my other pages, and want to submit to this directory in those pages.

    Now how to send a http request to submit to this directory? How to crawl for the response after submitting like "submit successful" or "url already existed" message?
