    The best and proven setup is to have MTA Server with (PowerMTA & Interspire) with some Addons (Feedback Loop, Multithreading, Subject Rotation).

    There is no limit of cap on daily base and give you more features of tracking each log for each email you send.

    If your bulk e-mail is not SPAM and offers opt-out you can use a service like mailchimp or mandrillapp. This way your outgoing e-mail is delivered by their servers via SMTP and you can keep track of warnings, spam complaints, etc. as well as track your reputation. Obviously though if you are spamming or e-mailing people irrelevant content or ones who did not personally subscribe then you will not be able to use this kind of service.
