How to sell VPN as an affiliate?

    I'm an affiliate with a VPN company and earning on average about $100 a month (low, I know) and want to step up with my marketing plans. So far, I've only been promoting on my website and a couple of forums.

    Do you guys have ideas how else I should go about it that will bring in more sales? I'm kinda new to this so.. here's what I thought of:
    1) Create a coupon site specific to that VPN company
    2) Creating a tutorial site on how to use that VPN

    Will these help drive more conversions?
