How to sell site using plesk???

Hey, I have been using cpanel for a while there it just makes complete backs up for me and I just give that out when I am selling sites..

Recently I have gotten a dedicated windows server 2003.. with plesk

How can I make backups of plesk sites and sell that to buyers without any of them running into problems...

My sites are 99% of the time Wordpress sites and they use a database.. Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

while im not plesk savyy, do a backup of the files and then a backup of the database. With these 2 backups, sit can be restored.

But I believe their is not a plesk backup importable in cpanel or vice versa.

 

Hey yeah, but the sql databases are compatabile with each other?

 

MYSQL database is the same indifferent of the control panel

 

there is a backup utility that comes with plesk. you can use it.

 

yes, It is very to take backup backup in Plesk. You can allow backup option to each account so that they can take their own backup. Also you can configure backup daily, weekly monthly basis too on server.

There is a backup utility in plesk that will allow you to take the backup.
But the latest plesk version 9 has minor glitches in the tool.
We can help you out in case you are unable to take the backup yourselves.
