    You need a credit card.. eBay will confirm your identity via Credit card.. and Phone verification.. :)

    debit card works fine with paypal. Just make sure that your card is approved for online transaction

    eBaY owns PayPal! Whatever you do on eBaY, PayPal sees, don't ever think it is different. You need to have a bank account on PayPal, or a credit card on PayPal, then add it to eBaY, and you'll be able to sell. A VCC is perfectly legal, it stands for virtual credit card. You will never be asked to provide proof of the card, this is why PayPal asks for an expuse number, or expanded use number that it includes with the 1.95 charge on the card website. You can use a prepaid card, or you can purchase a VCC online also.

    You could also use a virtual card such as entropay.

    entropay will only work with certain countries, but most virtual cards work fine. This is something we talk about all the time on my forums. :)
