How to sell on Ebay , from ukraine?

    Hi Alls,
    I am looking for legal (still legal or semi-legal :)) way to solve next problem: I want to participate in Ebay auctions as SeLLER. But I am from Ukraine (I hope, still from U :)). Due to this, I have not opportunity to give money by PayPal, only spent it.
    I have investigated different ways, and looking like, I need:
    1) DEBIT account/card in country, eligible for Paypal debet operations;
    2) I need to have internet acces to this account;
    3) I need to transfer money from this account to my local ukrainian bank;
    4) better toopen this account remotely.

    A lot of requirements, ufff...
    Have someone ideas about bank or payment operator, what is able to serve these requirements?

    I have seen Ukrainian sellers on eBay, so it must be possible - is it difficult to open a bank account in Ukraine?
