I can help you. Basically you register new domains or buy domains and sell them on forums for domain selling websites. Some great places to list are: ebay.com, digitalpoint.com, sitepoint.com, dnforum.com, namepros.com, sedo.com, afternic.com, and tdnam.com. Its free to push a domain to the account of another person at the same registrar. Do you have any specific questions?

Yes, I've registered them at a site where they give them for posting: betlik.com and i have 2 sites regged there but i will need to pay if i want to transfer them to another registrar?
For example, i have my domain cash2post.com in betlik registrar... i will have to pay to transfer it to another? How do i transfer?

If you wanted to move it to another registrar, you (or the buyer) would normally pay about $7 (re-registration fee). However, you may be able to transfer the domain to another account at betlik.com for free. I suggest registaring at either godaddy.com or namecheap.com from now on.

Other than the re-registration fee , is there any other fee to be paid for the transfer to another registrar?

It depends on the registrar that you registered your domains at. Most registrars don't charge any fees for transferring out but there are some smaller ones that do.
