They are not spam, they are followers without interaction, I really don't understand very well what you are trying to tell me, they are to fictitiously grow the accounts to have more sales, can I sell or not?
No, it's still to deceive people. If it were a customer service bot that would be different. Or one automatically updating with info from your blog or stock records.
