How to sell a site?

    I have made the site completely. Someone wants to buy it. How do I transfer the website as it is to his hosting account.

    I'm new to this trading websites thing. Don't mind if I sound foolish.:p

    I prefer if you just download the files - and then reupload them into your buyers webhosting account or zip them and Wget them via linux ssh :)

    Oh thanks man. Problem almost solved.
    But what about the domain? I guess I'll need to ask the buyer to buy the domain from his web host as soon as I leave it.

    With the domain name you can push it to the buyer, registrars like godaddy and other will give you instructions to push the domain name to the buyer, otherwise you would have to get your buyer to start the transfer process and he will ask you for the transfer code.
