I suppose that domainer forums like namepros + SEDO are the best places to place your offer. Place your offer in as many places as possible.

If you choose a domain name broker (site or service that assists you in finding a buyer for your domain name) that does not demand exclusivity, you can even combine both types of sales strategy i.e. list your domain name for sale with the broker, and at the same time solicit buyers independently.

If you don't want use broker, you can create a very simple page connected to that domain, with a short message such as "The following domain names are for sale. Please contact <e-mailaddress@domain.com> for more details." followed by a list of the domain names for sale. The benefits of this sales method is that it requires very little time and effort, yet it allows potential buyers to at least visit your site on the web, even if there is nothing there.
