How to sell a domain?

    Hi all,

    I have never before sold a domain.

    I wish to sell one now. If I advertise the domain for sale, how to I transfer that domain to the buyer?

    Does the buyer pay me first?

    The domain is registered with name.com

    Sorry if this seems stupid.

    Best thing is park it on Sedo and list it for sale. Make the buyer buy it on Sedo. It will cost you 10% but they have their own escrow which means that you won't get scammed with paypal. and they will tell you how to transfer the domain once it is paid for.

    alternatively use escrow.com its about 5%

    Yes Sedo is the best one. for other way you can try to sell on ebay.
