Judging by the search volume you can choose good keywords so G Adwords is the best so far. The SEO competition fon that keyword could ( or should ) be done manually for best results.

First thing i would suggest is that understanding of the theme is must. then one can select the keywords of his own with out using any kind of tool.

 

With all due respect to our friend Showkatahmad, this response is, in my humble opinion, incorrect. Theme choice has nothing to do with keyword selection, and keyword selection without using a tool is at best a shot in the dark.
