    I found out that I can target specific Youtube videos with my ads. I know that it is also possible to turn off ads from your videos.
    How can I see who has turned off ads from her videos?

    Only the account owner will manage his video ads just like turning your ads off but you cannot see other ads account unless you are part owner that has the access to the account.

    You're running Google GDN and target specific on Youtube, right? If that, you can not see or know that if someone has turned your ads off. There is no way..
