    for example I bidding on keyword: "iphone" and I want get USA traffic. how to see how much will click cost minimum....

    It takes a day or so for a new account to show how much other are bidding on. You should bid on keywords with at least $1.00. After a few days you can check your keywords and it will show you if you have underbid for first page placement, and how much it will cost to get a higher rank.
