I'm not sure what you mean by SEO relevant. Each page on your site should be targeting a single keyword phrase (maybe 2 or 3 keyword phrases if they are VERY similar). Pulling ranking reports for those keyword phrases (which should be the <title> of the page) and looking at Web Analytics reports to see which pages are/are not getting traffic is a good way to measure the success of your SEO.

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you want "easy" don't even bother with SEO. Hire a professional.

Anyone can do SEO, but it requires a good amount of dedication of time and money (mostly time) and it's an ongoing effort. You have to learn an incredible amount of stuff, and it changes frequently. There is no "magic bullet" and there are 20,000 factors involved with your site's SEO so don't depend on some website scan to tell you everything.

If you want to be successful with this, sit down and start reading. You're already at DP, that's a start. Hit the blog circuits and pay attention to big names like Rand Fishkin and Aaron Wall. Read, learn, then read some more.

Or if you don't have the time or inclination to do that, hire a professional who can help you out.

Jeremy is right! I've been handling SEO campaigns for awhile now and I haven't found anything easy yet! Everything takes time, maybe hire someone to go over your site for you... shouldn't be too expensive

thanks for the advice and you are absolutely right but the problem is that i have read lot of on DP that mostly SEO use black heat technique and i dont want to loose my site as it right now because i can still manage to get around 500 UV daily from search engine and it makes me really confuse should i go for SEO or not.

thanks for letting me know about the tool and il try it and give you the feedback

    Regards
