How to see if Google have kicked me down?

If I have written paid for money blogs before and now deleted them I guess I can write to Google and ask them to take away my PR0. But how can I see that I have been punished on my new blogs? That might have PR0 anyway?

You would be able to tell by losing rankings by large positions for all the keywords and phrases you currently were ranking for. Usually the best bet if you can't tell is to just submit the re-inclusion request anyways.

Google is unable to associate new blogs with the activity of old blogs unless you are hosting on the same IP or using the same domain.

If you can get yourself on a new IP range with a different domain you should be able to start fresh. Just don't link back to your old blogs and don't have your old blogs linking to your new ones otherwise you have a connection that Google can detect.

In that case you'll have to explain your actions to Google using the reinclusion form and hope they will look in your favour.

PR is not like a gift you can get back by asking them ! You will get your PR back when your blogs will be in the same past position (backlinks, content, ...)

If he has been banned and fixed the reason he was banned, he can still stand a chance of being reincluded with the reinclusion form.

Pagerank is based on backlinks "only".... has nothing to do with content or SERPs.

Just explain you didn't know what you were doing was wrong, after noticing the drop in Pagerank you investigated and found out that it was against the Google guidelines and since you want to follow those guidelines you made the proper corrections. Yes, your admitting guilt and you "were" guilty anyways. :)

No need to write anything YB as you will never get a reply neither G will take any action (why will they?). Sometimes you just have to move on and learn from mistakes.

Google webmaster Tools is almost ONLY for site deindexing and technical issues.
