I understand there are 2x ways: 1. trying to enter in google search the used keywords and hoping to see your ad is not going to work due to time, my user profile and so on 2. use ads preview The problem with the latter is that it does not show my ads either. The explanation is either "Your ad is probably being shown at times, but was not shown for this particular diagnosis." or "We don’t know why your ads aren’t showing for this search." So, is there a way to test always how my ad looks like? E.g. I change something on the sitelink, or on the image, assets or whatever and want to see the result. Is that possible? So far I was not able to see my ads and I am flying blind.
You could also try here - https://adstransparency.google.com Which shows advertisers Ad copy being shown. Maybe your business will appear?
In your Google Ads account, click the Tools icon . Click the Troubleshooting drop down in the section menu. Click Ad preview and diagnosis. Change the settings along the top of the page, and enter a keyword.
"Ad preview and diagnosis" has never worked for me. I see there only those 2 messages: "Your ad is probably being shown at times, but was not shown for this particular diagnosis." or "We don’t know why your ads aren’t showing for this search."
Google Ads also provides an Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool that allows you to see how your ads appear in search results without affecting your campaign statistics. You can find this tool under the "Tools & Settings" menu.
To consistently see how your Google Ads appear, use the Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool, which allows you to check how your ads display without affecting your performance metrics. If the tool doesn't show your ads, it might be due to targeting, bidding, or timing factors. Another option is to set up a VPN or location-based tool to simulate different user profiles and regions. This way, you can better control variables like location or device type, allowing you to see the ads as they appear to target audiences.
