A newbie question. I'm sorry but I need to know - I have a site that sells new and used 'Motherboard'. I am asked to build one-way links for the site. But that should not be from forums, blog post, social networking sites, link exchange sites etc... Only sites with a PR 4 and above have to be considered. In this case, how can I move ahead with it? I dont understand how and from where should I find relevant sites? Can anyone pleee....z guide me? Your help will be much appreciated.
