how to search for "lead form"

Hi all,

today I went to cj and go to get links and create a search with the link type "lead form" but nothing showed up

I want to crate a page were I put the lead form link and hopefully get paid from the advertiser.
The page will be a question pool, so after the user submit their views of the pool question, he/she will have an option to submit their details, and I get a lead.


can some1 pls. help me on this
where can I find this type of affilaite links

I use upromice at CJ, but they only pay 4.00 per lead

 

there are loads like this , just keep looking in extensive, different categories

Hi tried to write that name "upromice" to do a search on advertizer in CJ and there was no affiliate data

I done that, but I simple can not found any advertizer that gives a lead form

I am from UK does this makes any difference??? Althought I stated that I want to find products targeted to USA and UK

Is it your search terms? When I do a search for "lead form" I only get 4 results. But when I search for "lead", I get close to 200.

not as a serach terms, but on the link type drop menu (as shown on the attachedment picture)

I understand. I tried to search and found none eaither....
Broaden the search terms, and possibly try a different demographic?

Plus try Lead not lead form, and other of these categories, sometimes advertisers are careless in their chooseing of categoroies in CJ.
