how to - script that automates a sequence

    I have a product which is for free after filling in three incentives

    Anyone able have a script - simple program- that directs the customer from one to the next to the next so that each incentive is filled out and then at the final point the free product is automatically released

    As you can see i have not much of clue about creating such a program -

    It would not need to be an elaborate landing page just simple and to the point

    "Do this and you get this" is really all that is needed
