How to say this without making people think that i am racist

Someone ask "when is the best time to submit digg"

i have two answer.
1) when people in US go to work (since most digger are american)
2) when a people in a particular country are sleeping (most "junk digg submitter" are from that country, you know which one i mean)

if i name that country, people are going to think i am racist, but that's the turth and we know it...

Anyways, the best time to submit to digg is probably when your website is getting the most hits, so others will DIGG IT too...

Absolutely not. It means you're being logical: India (or Asia for that matter) is a big place therefore if they're asleep there's fewer of them submitting to Digg. An indisputable fact and not remotely racist.

I would not worry about it, I am not racist but I am very un-pc.

I was once called a racist for saying that my mother is Irish (which she is) I think my response was to tell me to erm, go away.
