As suggested by web baba, login to Google Webmaster's tool and click on Resubmit Sitemap button on Sitemap submission page

Even better and faster would be to issue permanent redirects from old URLs to new URLs.

    Follow these steps:

    1) Try a search with this in google: "www.yourdomain.com"
    2) Remove all the urls with Google url removal tool
    3) Create a sitemap with the new urls.
    4) Submit and ping the sitemap to Google
    5) Try to get few links with social bookmarks for your home page url.
    5) Lastly wait and wait for the new urls to be indexed by Google :)

Use robots.txt to stop further crawling of your old URL's and submit a fresh sitemap or use 301's.
