    I have infolinks and cj's ads in my blog. Does it effect to get approved my google adsense? Please experts are requested to advise.

    Disapprove from adsense application is not same with google penalizatio. There are no reason google will remove your serp except you playing dirty with their system.

    I don't think that should affect anything with getting approved. Although Adsense is really picky about who they approve.
