How to run Rip movie?Please help fast

I have downloaded a movie from net it is ripped I can't run it
it has 5 parts....but the extension I can't recognise

prefer zshare links / torrent links instead of RS links

 

zshare link was not resume supported and was just giving me 2 or 3 kb per sec

try torrents mate , they give amazing speed , as u r cam rip will b highly seeded nowadays
