    I want to run a PPC campaign for USA location,
    Status is Eligible but Ads is not showing.
    What are the require Steps need to done for Running PPC for other Countries.

    I believe you're already done setting it up. Being on "Eligible" status just means it's currently being reviewed. It usually takes a day for it to be approved but could take longer.

    Sorry to say this but you come up with the worst reply or suggestion I have ever read.

    Hi AcTouch wait for some time the status will update soon from eligible to approved then you will able to run ads. For USA it usually take 48-72 hours for approval. Don't worry your ad will approve soon. The Eligible status means you are ads are eligible to run on this interface.
