Look up 'whitelisting' this is the process you need to follow to get your domain on a the 'clean' list so you can reach peoples inboxes. The success varies depending on a lot of factors including the ISP you sending through and to. Good luck.
I am using autoresponders like Aweber and iContact to send out my emails, and get very few complaints that my emails are going to the recipient's spam boxes.
