How to run a campaign a specific time during a day.

    with google adwords, can you specify a time when to run your ad?

    i.e. i have a campaign I want to run after 12pm only not before that can I do that?

    also, for those promoting clickbank products what time during the day you get most sale?

    Are we talking about the US market specifically?
